From workforce inclusion to human potential
The Human Potential Project has been creating social impact since 2017.
Originally established as a not-for-profit initiative called WithYouWithMe Academy that was focused on helping under-represented individuals access training, career pathways and employment opportunities, the organisation has supported more than 125,000 people through partnerships across industry, government and the community sector.
In 2026, we relaunched and rebranded as The Human Potential Project.
The change reflected a broader ambition.
While employment remains an important outcome, we believe the challenge begins much earlier.
Many people never realise their potential because they cannot clearly see it.
They struggle to understand:
what they are good at
which capabilities they already possess
how their experiences transfer across industries
what pathways may suit them
where they can create the greatest impact
The Human Potential Project was created to solve this problem.
Today, we combine workforce science, capability frameworks, technology and human insight to help individuals better understand and activate their potential.
At the same time, we advocate for a future where skills and capability become the foundation for workforce participation, education and opportunity.
